Bacon-Wrapped Lamb Chops on Mushroom and Truffle Risotto

Lamb Chops
Bacon
Truffle Risotto
Shiitake Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Thyme

Sear lamb chops until near done. Wrap with bacon and cook until desired doneness. Top over slow cooked buttery mushroom and truffle risotto.
