Too famished to take photos of the whole hot pot experience, I decided to take the highlight of the meal instead:
Geoduck (Elephant Clam) Sashimi
Eating it raw is the way to do it but if you are squeamish, just dip it for a few seconds into the hot pot. The sauce for this is Kikkoman and Wasabi. Not the best geoduck in Hong Kong but delicious nonetheless and our family's fave Hong Kong food.
